We can never move on 

while carrying the unresolved past

Loving myself

means that I take a good care of myself 

as best as I take care of the people I love

I should stop sabotaging myself

with the bad eating

with the bad habits

with the negative thoughts

with the continuous comparison

with the strict high expectation

I should accept my past

Treasure it as part of myself

and move on

I want to stop being an ARMY

but their musics at certain point had pushed me forward

I should carry the lessons learnt from the boys throughout my life

3. Keep on working hard and do your best even at the moments it seems unworthy 

4. Sincerity will always touch people hearts

5. Show love to those around you, be your young self around them, make them laugh and smile with your existence.
