Dear self, be careful..
I realised that you have this in your action.
Your self easily become so immersed into others emotion that soon their emotion becomes yours.. but you will act upon those emotion greater than those who actually having it.
I realised that you started to think of quitting when your friend tell you that she wanted to quit. You started to take several MC when your friend did it first. You started to hate your boss when your friend told you that she hate her and so much more.. what worse is that.. you will react braver and dumb than those who shared their feeling to you.
You need to stop caring about others problem. You need to listen without relating what they experience to yours..
Take control of your emotions..
Please dear.. protect yourself from the burdens of others..
Communicate your needs well and solve your problem not theirs.
